Kelsey Ivor brings 13+ years of experience building dependable operations and creating order behind the scenes allowing teams to move faster, serve clients better, and make smarter decisions. As the Director of Operations for a wine sales brokerage firm, she led nationwide programs, improved internal workflows, and partnered with many large organizations to drive results.

In her role at Sage Wolf Partners, Kelsey ensures a seamless client experience — from onboarding and communication to consistent monthly execution so business owners gain clarity, confidence, and practical knowledge from their financials. She’s highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about helping people succeed through clean processes and clear insightful reporting.

Adam Ivor, MBA President

Adam Ivor is a revenue-growth and operations executive with 15+ years leading sales strategy, B2B partnerships, and business transformation across staffing/recruiting and technology-enabled services. He’s energized by helping business owners solve real-world problems and brings a founder’s perspective as a serial entrepreneur.

Most recently, Adam served as Vice President of Sales at Montana’s largest independent staffing and recruiting firm, where he led statewide sales strategy, improved gross margin, and negotiated multimillion-dollar enterprise and government agreements. Over his career, he has advised and supported 250+ companies annually — helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions.
